These terms apply to the Diamond Calc mobile application ("the App") and the subscription sold on diamond.etherstarjewels.com, operated by Etherstar Jewels, Surat, Gujarat, India. By buying a subscription or using the App you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Diamond Calc is a calculator for rough-to-polish diamond costing. Results are estimates based on the values you enter. You are responsible for checking them before making any business decision; Etherstar Jewels is not liable for losses arising from use of the calculations.
2. Free trial
Each phone gets a one-time 7-day free trial, started automatically the first time the App is opened with an internet connection.
3. Subscription
- Price: ₹299 (Indian Rupees) for 12 months of access, paid in advance through Razorpay.
- After payment you receive a 10-digit access code on screen and by email. One code activates the App on one phone at a time.
- The subscription does not renew automatically. You can renew at any time; renewing adds 12 months to the current expiry date (or from the renewal date if it has already expired).
- To move a code to a new phone, contact us. We may refuse transfers that look like sharing of a code between people.
4. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell or publish access codes, or modify, copy or reverse-engineer the App to bypass licensing. We may block codes used in breach of these terms, without refund.
5. Updates and availability
We improve the App through updates. We aim for the App to work offline for up to 15 days between licence checks, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription year.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
